 Ich bin der Meinung dass Terrorbekämpfung (Polzei, Richter u. Staatsanwaltschaften) dem 2% Ziel zugerechnet werden muss. Diesen Bereich sollte man besser ausstatten und die Mehrkosten dem Verteidigungshaushalt zurechnen. Das wäre dann Realpolitik. Militärausgaben sind kontraproduktiv.
